This hotel is well-kept, offers great services, and serves delicious continental breakfast. the location here is convenient, close to the Convention Centre.

The location was best possible and comfortable, close enough to the center square and main attractions. The rooms were brand-new and nicely decorated and complete with the patio, "balcony" plus twin beds.

The rooms here come with balconies and it's in a great location close to tourist spots, dining options, the airport, and nightlife venues.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Buffet breakfast was superb, staff very efficient.

The breakfast was incredible and very good with hot items and Mexican entrees available. The staff were genuinely professional, especially during the night shift. The location was the best possible.

Be aware that the hotel is a few km from the city centre, so you will need to use cabs. The traffic in the city is very challenging.

Decent facility; good location for access to the icy of Guanajuato as well as the first & second class bus station (like to San Miguel de Allende); good complimentary breakfast.

Not a very pretty location on a very busy intersections; no airport transport which, had there been we would have stayed there again on departure.

The beds were comfortable, and the room had central heating. The hotel is conveniently located close to interesting places, cafes, and restaurants. The room came with a personal safe and a multi-channel TV.

Great location! It's right next to the historic center, making it super convenient to explore the area 🏞️.
